Mr. Crawford previously had been head of the Transportation Section of the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office, where he directed all legal and litigation matters for the North Carolina Department of Transportation. Mr. Crawford also served for six years as counsel to the North Carolina Board of Law Examiners. Prior to his government service, he was an associate and partner at the Raleigh office of Poyner & Spruill, one of the five largest firms in North Carolina. Mr. Crawford, a Wake Forest University School of Law graduate, carries an AV Rating (the highest peer review rating for legal ability and ethical standards). He focuses his practice on a wide range of business law and litigation and employment law matters for both employers and employees and helping individuals obtain or keep their professional or occupational licenses.
